Jade BENHAM (Mildura) (09:41): We also lost an icon of the Mildura region recently with the passing of Domenico ‘Don’ Carrazza. Don made an enormous contribution to our community through his leadership in business and his stewardship of the Mildura Grand Hotel, and his contribution extended well beyond just business. He gave generously of his time and experience to support tourism, regional development and initiatives that helped to create a stronger future for Mildura. He cared deeply about the success of our community and was always willing to share his knowledge – whether you wanted it or not – connections and time to help others. Don’s passing is a significant loss to our region. I extend my deepest condolences to his family and friends and those who had the privilege of knowing him. Vale, Don Carrazza.
