Tim McCURDY (Ovens Valley) (09:56): This week marks the one-year anniversary of the horrific Porepunkah incident where two brave Victoria Police officers were murdered. Full credit to both the Wangaratta and the Bright communities and surrounding communities who came together to honour their legacy. I attended both services to pay my respects and to show support to the families of both men. The memorials at Wangaratta and Bright police stations will ensure these men are never forgotten.
