The SPEAKER (14:40): I have reviewed the constituency questions from 27 August 2026. The member for Morwell did not refer to his electorate in his question, and Rulings from the Chair states that constituency questions must relate to constituency issues and not encompass broader policy issues. Therefore I rule the member’s constituency question out of order.
