Anthony CIANFLONE (Pascoe Vale) (13:14): Thank you to Kate, David, Rahila and Irine from Outer Urban Projects for welcoming me in August for the $400,000 creative enterprise grant announcement. Based out of the Oxygen youth hub, they support more than 500 young people, 620 creative performances, 600 artistic workshops and reach audiences of 48,000 people from across the north.
