That this house notes that children flying kites in Gaza have been threatened with military action by Israeli defence minister Israel Katz and that there should be no further evidence needed for Victorian Labor to cut ties with Israel.

That this house calls on the privatised Port of Melbourne and Victoria Police to immediately cease interfering with protected industrial action by workers at Quantem fuels in West Melbourne and calls on the billion-dollar multinational Quantem to stop strikebreaking and negotiate a fair deal with workers and their union the MUA.
