Paul EDBROOKE (Frankston – Minister for Consumer Affairs, Minister for Cost of Living, Minister for Renters, Minister for Men and Boys) (10:47): Today I would like to recognise the outstanding contribution of Kevin Hillier and the lasting legacy he leaves as president of the Frankston RSL sub-branch. Under Kevin’s leadership the Frankston RSL has continued to strengthen its reputation as a place of remembrance, support and community connection. He has always led with respect, brought people together and placed the interests of members and veterans at the heart of every single decision. It has also been a genuine pleasure to work alongside Kevin through the ups and downs, at times, across the various years. His professionalism, his friendship and his willingness to collaborate have made a real difference, and I have greatly valued his support and commitment to our community. On behalf of the Frankston community I extend my sincere thanks to Kevin Hillier for his outstanding leadership, dedication and service. His contribution has left a lasting impact on the Frankston RSL, its members, veterans and our wider community, and his legacy will continue to be felt for many, many years to come. To Kevin’s family I say: thank you for lending Kevin to us for those years. I wish Kevin well in his future endeavours.
