 Steve McGHIE (Melton) (10:44): As you drive over the Ferris Road overpass, you are greeted with a view not just of the new TAFE site but also of the progress being made on the new Melton hospital, which is making remarkable progress. Every time I pass the site I am struck by just how quickly it is taking shape. It is another major investment that will deliver health care for the growing community needs close to home. These projects are all part of the Labor government’s investment in Melton’s future, improving roads, expanding education opportunities and delivering better health services for our growing community.
