 Anthony CIANFLONE (Pascoe Vale) (09:48): On 18 August I had the pleasure to visit RMIT’s Brunswick campus to appreciate their nation-leading learning approaches to the evolving fashion, textile, design and technology industries. Thank you to those who led the tour, including Tom Bentley, Jenny Underwood, Rumbidzai Zizhou, Alice Payne, Cath Davis, Kit van Maanen and Samuel Coombs. Strategically situated in the heart of Melbourne’s creative inner north and built on the foundations of our community’s rich fashion, millinery and textiles industries, I genuinely look forward to working with RMIT to leverage the economic, employment, skills and cultural opportunities of the Brunswick Design District.
