 Anthony CIANFLONE (Pascoe Vale) (09:47): On 16 July I was delighted to welcome the Minister for Small Business, Minister Suleyman, to central Coburg to inspect the progress on our $153,000 investment towards revitalising Victoria Street mall. The first of the upgrades which have now been delivered via new outdoor umbrellas are now being followed up with more improvements for 10 shopfronts, new lighting, refreshed awnings, safer paving, a new performance space and a summer program of live entertainment. Thank you to the Central Coburg Business Association, Merri-bek council and local businesses, including the magnificent Half Moon falafel cafe and others, for making us welcome, including Cr Helen Politis and lifetime local fixture of Victoria Street mall, who loves his coffee there day in, day out, Angelo Koutouleas.
