Disability support
Tim McCURDY (Ovens Valley) (17:14): (1751) My adjournment is to the Minister for Education, whoever that might be at this present time. I am not sure. Is it still the Premier or has it moved on?
A member interjected.
Tim McCURDY: Okay. There have been so many jumping ship, I am not sure who is who anymore in the zoo. It might be only the Speaker left.
[NAME AWAITING VERIFICATION]
My adjournment is to the Minister for Education. Blake Graham attends Oxley Primary School and has disability issues. Blake’s mother says extra staffing is required for Blake to attend Queenscliff camp from 31 August to 3 September. The action that I seek is confirmation from the Minister for Education’s office if this extra staffing support will be provided for Blake so that he can attend the school camp. The Oxley school has advised that they are not sure if Blake can safely attend the camp without extra staffing arrangements in place. I seek your urgent response in order to establish if Blake can attend the Queenscliff camp from 31 August through to 3 September.
