That the resolution of the house on 18 June 2026 to suspend standing and sessional orders to consider a motion for a parliamentary apology to victims of historical child sexual abuse in Victorian government schools be amended as follows:
(1) in paragraph (5), omit ‘Premier, the Leader of the Opposition, the Minister for Education’ and insert ‘Premier and the Leader of the Opposition to speak on the motion for a maximum of 15 minutes each’;
(2) at the end of paragraph (5), omit ‘each’.
