Vicki WARD (Eltham – Minister for Public Transport, Minister for Creative Industries) (10:09): Thank you to Eltham Bowling Club for including me in your annual opening of the green day. It is always a great day, full of fun, a bit of ribbing and a fair bit of excitement for the season ahead. I had the pleasure of presenting encouragement awards to Bill and Val Mayhew, two promising prospects on the green and very supportive members of the club. Thank you to president Peter Toovey and secretary Ros Camera and the executive for all you do for your club. All the best for the season ahead, and I look forward to seeing you at next year’s annual bowls day comp.
