Paul HAMER (Box Hill – Minister for Roads and Road Safety) (09:54): What a story it has been for the mighty Surrey Park football club. Fifteen years ago the club was in the middle of a long losing streak, but through community focus, outstanding club leadership and building a strong connection between the junior and senior clubs, the club has completely reversed its fortunes. It recently won the Eastern Football Netball League division 2 premiership, securing its third premiership in four years and a berth in division 1 for next year. Congratulations to coach James Kenworthy and all involved in this emerging dynasty.
