Brad ROWSWELL (Sandringham) (10:35): The community bank in Sandringham just would not be the same if it was not for a bloke named Matthew Gallop. Matthew has served as the manager of that community bank branch for the last 24 years. He is not just the epitome of decency, he is just a darn good fella who has taken community leadership to another level. He is deeply respected and highly regarded in our community. After 24 years of service, he is hanging up the boots. On behalf of the community I would like to thank Matthew for everything he has done for our community to strengthen it. As we know in this place, 80 per cent of the profits of the community banks go back into the community, so the best way that I believe our community can pay tribute to Matthew and to his service is to consider switching to the better bank, the community bank in Sandringham.
