 Juliana ADDISON (Wendouree) (14:34): (1775) This Friday is Wear It Purple Day, a nationally recognised day that celebrates and supports LGBTIQ+ young people and promotes inclusion, acceptance and belonging. I am proud to stand with our LGBTQA community on Wear It Purple Day and every day of the year. In my electorate of Ballarat, many young people, schools, community groups and families will be taking part, as will I. Minister, how is the Victorian Labor government supporting young LGBTIQA+ people and their families in Ballarat and across Victoria? I am particularly interested in hearing about promoting inclusion, wellbeing and safety, and the help available to ensure every young person feels valued, respected and supported to be their authentic self.
