Spirit of Anzac Prize
Juliana ADDISON (Wendouree) (12:54): I rise today to celebrate many outstanding people and community organisations that continue to make Ballarat such a great place to live. Well done to Loreto student Bilyana Holloway, who has been named one of just 12 recipients of the 2026 Premier’s Spirit of Anzac Prize. Wishing you all the best, Bily, for your upcoming study tour of Vietnam.
