Daniela DE MARTINO (Monbulk) (13:04): I had a wonderful visit with the prep students at Monbulk Primary School last week, who interviewed me about my role as an MP and my thoughts on life in Monbulk. Then they showed me their beautiful maps – and as a former geography teacher, I have to say they did a great job – and their future plans for their town. There are some budding town planners and visionaries in that room, I can tell you. Popular items at the top of the wish list were lolly shops, toy shops and a giant water slide that goes all around the town It sounds like a lot of fun to me.
