Ben Duffy
Matthew GUY (Bulleen) (12:54): I conclude by congratulating Ben Duffy, the 2026 Manningham Citizen of the Year, a great and inspirational young bloke who ran 52 marathons in 52 weeks, all to raise money for the Pat Cronin Foundation, for which he should be congratulated. The community thanked him and rewarded him as our citizen of the year.
