 Tim BULL (Gippsland East) (09:52): I also want to briefly mention the new IBAC laws, and even more I want to welcome our commitment to making them retrospective. This Premier is so adamant about integrity – we hear it all the time in the chamber and we hear it at all the press conferences – but it is a massive failure on his part to introduce these new powers and not give them retrospectivity. He needs to do it now.
