Battle of Long Tan commemoration
Tim McCURDY (Ovens Valley) (15:21): I encourage all Victorians to join Vietnam veterans to commemorate Long Tan on 18 August. Long Tan was a fierce battle in a rubber plantation that saw significant loss of life of Australians against enormous odds. Take a moment next Tuesday to pay tribute to all of our Vietnam vets who served and stood tall for our communities.
