Point Cook electorate
Mathew HILAKARI (Point Cook) (14:35): (1745) My question is for the Minister for Police, and my question is: can the minister provide an update on the latest information on the construction progress –
The SPEAKER: Member for Point Cook, an update is not a question.
Mathew HILAKARI: Can the minister provide information on the construction progress of the Point Cook police station on Point Cook Homestead Road?
Members interjecting.
Mathew HILAKARI: I thank my colleagues next to me. There has been great progress on the police station down in Point Cook. The windows are in, the solar panels are up and the building is going in leaps and bounds. My community, the community that I represent, cannot wait to see it open. So I look forward to hearing what progress is being made on the police station and what the minister can provide.
