Tim McCURDY (Ovens Valley) (14:30): (1740) My question is to the Minister for Public Transport, who this week is the member for Eltham. What can be done within the public transport capacity to assist Rosina Pellizzoni from Myrtleford and so many of her friends and neighbours who need local transport around Myrtleford for normal regular activities like shopping, bingo and sporting events? A community bus is desperately required to offer basic transport options around town because taxis usually do not exist in Myrtleford. Living in regional Victoria should not be a one-way ticket to isolation, and the people of Myrtleford deserve basic local public transport to live a healthy and active life.
