 Iwan WALTERS (Greenvale) (13:11): Thank you to Norma and Rahaf and all the ladies of Zenobia for their hard work in hosting such a successful Syrian lammeh, or gathering, last week, which I was delighted to join with the members for Thomastown and Preston. A proud and strong community which has overcome so much hardship to establish a new home in Australia, the women of Zenobia are so generous in sharing their often-ancient cultural, artistic, musical and culinary Syrian traditions. They make such an immense contribution to our community in Greenvale and beyond.
