Albert Park electorate
Nina TAYLOR (Albert Park) (14:44): (323) My constituency question is to the Minister for Public and Active Transport. I ask for an update on what the government is doing for road safety upgrades in my electorate of Albert Park. I recently visited a busy intersection, Williamstown Road and Graham Street, in Fishermans Bend. As well as it being an intersection for vehicles, it is used by a wide variety of pedestrians crossing the busy road daily, including students who cross the road to get to Port Melbourne Secondary College and other users wishing to access JL Murphy Reserve. What plans does the Allan government have for intersections like this one in Fishermans Bend to make it safer for pedestrians?
