 The ACTING PRESIDENT (Gaelle Broad) (16:08): I have a message from the Legislative Assembly in respect of the Crimes Amendment (Recruitment of Children for Criminal Activity) Bill 2026:

The Legislative Assembly informs the Legislative Council that, in relation to ‘A Bill for an Act to amend the Crimes Act 1958 in relation to recruitment of children to engage in criminal activity, to further amend that Act to establish a new process for requiring financial institutions to produce documents that are relevant to certain offences and for other purposes’ the amendments made by the Council have been agreed to.
