John BERGER (Southern Metropolitan) (09:56): I also had the opportunity to spend time at the Transport Workers’ Union delegates conference. It was great to have the opportunity to catch up with so many old friends from the union and to see important milestones and the achievements of hardworking organisers and delegates. Many of these delegates work tirelessly for better pay and conditions for members of the transport industry, and the Carroll Labor government will always have their back for that fight.
