 Sheena WATT (Northern Metropolitan) (12:52): (2545) My constituency question is for the Minister for Youth. The Labor government knows that when we back young people, the whole community benefits. It is fantastic to see the return of Victorian Youth Fest this September, bringing together a month-long celebration of brilliance. By supporting over 100 youth-led events across the state, this program gives young people a genuine platform to showcase their talents. From live music and art showcases to sports tournaments, Youth Fest empowers our kids to design and deliver events that they are truly passionate about. My electorate is home to incredible community groups that do wonderful work to empower local youth, and I love to see them having an opportunity to let themselves shine. My question to the minister is: which organisations in the Northern Metro have been successful in receiving a grant for this year’s Youth Fest?
