 David ETTERSHANK (Western Metropolitan) (13:09): I introduce a bill for an act to amend the Sale of Land Act 1962 to provide for certain property developers to comply with requirements about the provision of information relating to services and facilities which are provided or proposed to be provided to benefit land being sold by the property developers, to make minor related amendments and for other purposes, and I move:
