Ashburton electorate transport networks
Matt FREGON (Ashwood) (17:12): (332) I am reminded of one of my first adjournments I did in the house last term when the minister at the table, the former minister Lisa Neville, was sitting at the table. Basically you would stand up and she would put up her hand and go like that, and we all knew we had to be very, very quick. With that in mind, my adjournment matter is for the Minister for Roads and Road Safety, and the action I seek is for the minister to visit the Ashwood district and witness firsthand the opportunities for transformative enhancements on our local roads and active transport networks.
