 Jade BENHAM (Mildura) (09:50): Congratulations also to the committee who are responsible for the Great Australian Vanilla Slice Triumph, Merbein, held in Merbein recently. It is a magnificent free community event with snot-blocks from all over the country entered to be declared Australia’s best. So I concede to the member for Shepparton and Shepparton’s North End bakery. I congratulate them on the win, as well as Sharp’s Bakery in Birchip, who came second, and Sunraysia Bread & Butter Bakery, who won the People’s Choice. It was a great day, a free event and, with the cost of living escalating, the free kids activities were magnificent.
