Peter WALSH (Murray Plains) (14:35): (310) My constituency question is to the Premier, and it is on behalf of the Rochester CFA. It concerns a press release that the Premier and the Minister for Emergency Services put out on 28 October last year assuring the Rochester CFA that they would have a substantial amount of money to build a new fire station. The information that I seek from the Premier is: can he clarify to the CFA brigade why the CFA buildings and land division is now telling them they will not get an allocation the same as what the Premier and the Minister for Emergency Services promised them to build their new CFA station? They are very concerned about the fact that despite a press release from the Premier, which was signed by the Premier and signed by the Minister for Emergency Services when they visited that brigade after the floods, the CFA is now telling them that they will not get that budget allocation to build a new CFA station. I ask for information from the Premier to assure them that they will actually get that money.
