 The PRESIDENT (17:02): I have received a message from the Legislative Assembly in respect of the Fishing, Hunting and Outdoor Victoria Bill 2026:

The Legislative Assembly informs the Legislative Council that, in relation to ‘A Bill for an Act to establish Fishing, Hunting and Outdoor Victoria, to establish the Land and Aquatic Access Panel, to repeal the Game Management Authority Act 2014 and the Victorian Fisheries Authority Act 2016, to make consequential amendments to other Acts and for other purposes’ the amendments made by the Council have been agreed to.
