Evan MULHOLLAND (Northern Metropolitan) (10:02): It was my pleasure to attend the grand reopening of Kasr Sweets in Roxburgh Park with Jim Overend, Hume councillor and Liberal candidate for Greenvale; Bernadette Khoury, the Liberal candidate for Northern Metropolitan; and Ghada Noune, the Liberal candidate for Laverton. The senseless firebombing of the beloved Roxburgh Park institution left a great big hole in our hearts and in our stomachs, and I am overwhelmed with pride and admiration for the resilience of this family and their staff and community for rallying together at the great time of rebuilding. I mentioned their plight in this chamber almost two years ago, and they have since rebuilt. I would like to thank Hussein and Alex Dirani and the Dirani family for hosting me. I look forward to visiting again soon.
