 Evan MULHOLLAND (Northern Metropolitan) (13:07): (2624) My constituency question is to the Minister for Mental Health. I think it is a fact that Craigieburn consistently gets shafted, and we saw that with the delays to the community hospital, one that they still cannot staff and fit out and does not have the services that were promised. In August 2022 the government first announced, as an election commitment following recommendations from the royal commission, both a Sunbury and a Craigieburn mental health local. Most people thought that was a great idea. We have a mental health crisis. Of course that would be welcomed. Only after the election, in the May 2023 budget, it was then classified as a grouped Sunbury and Craigieburn mental health local, but they announced that planning had begun back in 2023. As of today we have no progress on planning, no physical location, no announcement. My community is waiting. Minister, where is the Craigieburn mental health local?
