In honour of Remembrance Day

As a mark of respect for Remembrance Day, Parliament will begin later on Wednesday 11 November.

Both Houses will commence sitting at 2:00 pm instead of the usual 9:30 am to allow members of parliament to attend Remembrance Day ceremonies.

At the front of Parliament House at 11:00 am a Defence Force Bugler will sound the Last Post and Rouse to honour the men and women who have served our country and made the ultimate sacrifice.

We will remember them. Lest we forget.
