Emma VULIN (Pakenham) (13:16): Last week I was also lucky enough to visit the Upper Beaconsfield Toy Library. It has been operating for more than 40 years, and Marie Rogers has volunteered for almost 22 of them. The toy library gives young children access to affordable, safe and age-appropriate toys. Thank you, Marie.
