More Trees for a Cooler, Greener West
Mathew HILAKARI (Point Cook) (12:57): Recently the team at Victoria University, the kinder next door and literally hundreds of volunteers, including the members for Tarneit and Werribee, participated in planting 5000 trees at Victoria University’s Werribee campus, part of the 450,000 trees that have already been planted as part of the cooler, greener west program. It is great getting your hands dirty. Thank you to Chancellor Wade Noonan, VC Adam Shoemaker and all the VU team, who are in the fifth year of this program.
