The Petition of certain citizens of the State of Victoria draws to the attention of the Legislative Council the corruption, abuse of power and use of public funding for personal benefit at Swinburne University of Technology.

The petitioners therefore request that the Legislative Council call on the Government to take action against the defective administration of Swinburne University of Technology.
