Aged Care Restrictive Practices Substitute Decision-maker Bill 2024
Establishes a framework for appointing a person who can consent to the use of restrictive practices in relation to a care recipient who does not have the capacity to give informed consent, if that recipient lives in a residential aged care facility in Victoria.
Education and Training Reform Amendment Bill 2024
Makes changes to registration arrangements for education and training organisations, non-Government schools and non-Government school boarding premises, increases penalties for offences related to unregistered schools and unregistered school boarding premises, and amends work experience arrangements and structured workplace learning arrangements.
