Information about e-petitions in the lead up to the 2026 State Election

The Legislative Assembly is not currently accepting new e-petitions. You will be able to submit a request to start a new e-petitions again after the election once the new Parliament starts in late December or early 2027.

The Legislative Council will continue to accept requests to start a new e-petition during this time and you can continue to sign any open e-petitions for presentation in the Council.
