Newest MLC makes inaugural speech

Luke O'SullivanThe new Member for Northern Victoria, Luke O’Sullivan has delivered his inaugural speech in the Legislative Council.

Mr O’Sullivan was appointed to the Legislative Council at a joint sitting of the Victorian Parliament held on 11 October 2016.

He fills the vacancy that occurred when former MLC Damian Drum won a seat in the House of Representatives at the July 2016 federal election.

Mr O’Sullivan’s inaugural speech can be read in the 27 October Hansard for the Legislative Council.
