Supporting your visit

If you're planning to book an excursion to Parliament House, we've put together this series of activities and resources to help you prepare for your visit.
The activities can be used to either prepare students and front load concepts pre-visit or consolidate their learning post-visit. There are also some additional activities you can do while in the area.
The resource includes details and links to:

- pre-visit preparation
- question preparation and pre-prepared questions for the tour
- activities to frontload and/or consolidate learning

If you're looking for some different ways to prompt students to engage with their surroundings while on tour, try the Exploring Parliament House cards. Each card has a different activity, focusing on either a room, object, part of a room or artwork.
