 Mr FINN (Western Metropolitan) (13:01): My constituency question is to the Minister for Roads. Travelling down the Tullamarine Freeway as often as I do, I cannot help but notice the proliferation of graffiti on walls and other infrastructure along that freeway. As the Tullamarine Freeway is very much the gateway to Victoria for many thousands of overseas and interstate visitors every year, this graffiti is an ugly welcome to Melbourne. It should be remembered that we only get one chance to make a good first impression. I am sure locals do not appreciate the eyesores either. Minister, what are you doing to ensure graffiti on the Tullamarine Freeway is removed in a speedy time frame?
