Introduction and first reading
Sonya KILKENNY (Carrum – Attorney-General, Minister for Planning) (12:05): I move:
That I introduce a bill for an act to amend the Wrongs Act 1958 in relation to vicarious liability for child abuse, to amend the Limitation of Actions Act 1958 in relation to setting aside certain settlements or judgements and for other purposes.
