Paul HAMER (Box Hill) (16:13): Congratulations to Emi Luppino for being recently named the City of Whitehorse Citizen of the Year. Emi has been an active member of a number of local community organisations in the Box Hill area for many years. These include vice president of Greenlink, an indigenous plant nursery in Box Hill North, secretary of the Doncaster Community Gardeners group and volunteer at the Box Hill Community Bakehouse, a service run by the Box Hill Baptist Church to reduce food waste and feed the community.
