Eastern Ranges School

Mr TAYLOR: I want to touch on an exciting and special budget announcement made recently that the Andrews Labor government are providing $5.7 million to Eastern Ranges, which will upgrade the school, including the special building, junior and senior wing buildings and administration at the school. Investing in schools is so important, but this investment for me is pretty special for so many reasons and because students with special needs should get the same opportunities as every other student in the state. Of course Eastern Ranges is an absolutely amazing school community. From having had the privilege of being able to work with the school this past few years, I know this will make a huge difference to the kids and the team down there, who are absolutely deserving of every single cent of this funding.
