Aiv PUGLIELLI (North-Eastern Metropolitan) (09:38): I, and also on behalf of Ms Payne and Ms Purcell, introduce a bill for an act to amend the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act ‍1981 to provide for a pilot of pill-testing services for the purposes of drug harm reduction and to make consequential amendments and for other purposes, and I move:

That the bill be now read a first time.
