Mr HALSE (Ringwood) (10:07): On this significant day I acknowledge the First Peoples and First Nations of the state of Victoria. I also want to commend the trade union movement here in Australia on a historic 5.2 per cent wage increase for hundreds of thousands, indeed millions, of the lowest paid workers right across our country.
