The competition is now open in the hunt for Victoria’s best potato cake, best pie and best banh mi. We know that Victoria has the best food in the nation and that is, I am sure, undisputed by all members across this chamber. The search is now on for the very best of what our great state has to offer. With this now open, I strongly wish to put my adjournment matter in today and ask the Premier to reaffirm that the best banh mis in this state are of course in the south-east and they are found on Springvale Road in Springvale.
