Sheena WATT (Northern Metropolitan) (12:40): My constituency question is for the Minister for Mental Health. Victoria has reached an important milestone in its pill-testing trial. Last week in the Northern Metropolitan Region the state’s first fixed-site pill-testing facility officially opened in Fitzroy. The evidence from around the world and our own mobile trials is clear: pill testing works and it saves lives. It is a vital harm reduction tool, providing people with life-saving information about the substances they are consuming. These services also offer a safe point of contact for expert health advice, supporting meaningful health-focused conversations and reducing drug-related harm. Given this, can the minister please outline how people in the Northern Metropolitan Region can access this service?
